Here's Afsana’s write up of Jan 9th 2022 hike.

Seven members and our expert Mapigator, Perry, hiked the Twin Canyons Circuit that involved following trails along both Seymour River and Lynn Creek. We added the Hyannis Connector and Bridle Path Trail. Depending on the accuracy of the app or the size of the person’s stride, we hiked between 10 to 13 km. 

Some sections were icy [heard many comments re our spikes] while others were covered with packed snow. There was enough variety of up, down, and flat. 

We basked in the sun by the gazebo for lunch. 
Good convos of past travels, possible future trips and of course, the [insert an expletive] unvaccinated. 

The only casualty was Afsana’s pole. Will keep LNT as my one and only New Year’s Resolution.
