We banked on a low(er) chance of rain and woke up early for the short jaunt up to Hollyburn Peak. We were blessed with a few minutes of dry weather, just enough time to get our boots and packs on. 

Then, the rain started.

We took it "initiation for fall hiking" and hiked on to the top.

Needless to say, we didn't get to enjoy the stunning views from the top.

Instead, we gobbled down a quick snack and headed down almost right away before we got too cold!

We had a lot of fun (I think I speak for both of us, haha).
