Sun March 16, 2025 - Brohm Lake Lookout Loop
Five of us fitted comfortably into Kate's car to drive to the Brohm Lake car park for a late start. The weather cooperated perfectly. It was raining when driving both ways, but we remained dry throughout the hike.
We took a mixture of paths to create a loop that was 9.2 km long with an elevation gain of 370m. We had a great lunch spot with a view of the Squamish river below us and the Tantalus Ridge opposite us. The clouds even thinned during lunch so that peaks opposite became visible.
The trails were well maintained, well sign posted, and everything was covered in a thick carpet of green. It was a delightful stroll with great company.
