Othello Tunnels

We had a group of eight for this 18km walk taking in the Kawkawa Lake Viewpoint and the Quintette of Othello Tunnels, which we found is actually four tunnels. Lunch was an isolated viewpoint with no-one else around and so it was a bit of a shock to arrive in the car park for the tunnnels and see hundreds of people.

Definitely worth the drive from Vancouver for this day out, low on wildlife but high on beautful forest walks and spectacular tunnels, what an engineering feat.
