Blackcomb Whistler Hike and Camp

Here’s a trip report about Isabeau’s and Afsana’s summer trip in beautiful weather.

I posted this hike as a new member and was thrilled to be joined by one other person from the club. Afsana helped a lot with the planning because she had done the hikes before, whereas I hadn't (thank you Afsana!).

We enjoyed beautiful sunshine and quiet trails at Whistler during this mid-week hiking and camping trip.

Day 1: Overlord and Decker Loop (top of Blackcomb)

Day 2: High Note to Flute (top of Whistler).

Saw a few marmots and stunning views.

Camping at Whistler RV park is...well, what one would expect camping at an RV park to be! Plusses: close to hiking trails, avoiding driving back to town
